Heather Groom has specialized in alternative financing options since 2018, helping clients explore paths to homeownership that fit their unique circumstances. She has provided real estate expert witness services in divorce and probate matters in Harris County and Montgomery County courts. A multimillion-dollar producer every year since 2017, Heather finished among Vive Realty's top five agents in sales volume for 2025 and has been nominated for recognition among Real Producers magazine's Top 300.
